Scope
BA.AI delivers actionable insights on how artificial intelligence reshapes business analysis, from stakeholder engagement to artifacts generation, with practical updates and expert perspectives regarding the philosophy of modern business analysis and AI and the new role the business analysts should undertake to guide the changes in the field.
We focus not on tools, methodologies and the details on how to conduct analysis, but on the way of thinking and the new mindset that we need to embrace if we, as business analysts, are to lead the AI-era instead of following developments.
Who we are
BA.AI is managed by Spyridon Kakos (LinkedIn profile). Spiros has been working as a business advisor for decades in various big projects and for multiple international customers.
Besides business analysis and advisory services, Spyros is also actively writing philosophy articles, papers and books. He has been the Chief Editor of Harmonia Philosophica since it’s inception and is currently managing the Harmonia Philosophica sites network as well.

BA.AI curates insights on how artificial intelligence enhances business analysis, guiding practitioners to adopt responsible, effective methodologies and, most importantly, philosophy of using AI responsibly and ethically as a tool.
Using AI ethically and properly is an important part of the new era and discussions about ethics will also be part of BA.AI scope. Understanding AI bias and hallucinations and how to tackle them is also closely linked to the proper way of using AI.
Besides analyzing the philosophy of AI enabled business analysis we will also discuss and try to shed some light on the above, equally important, subjects as well. We are all humans and using AI in a way that respects humans should be always in our mind, above any methodologies or tools.
